SHERIFF'S SALE
By virtue and authority of a Writ of Execution, issued from the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Johnson County, Missouri, at Missouri, returnable on the 16th day of August, 2024 and to me, as Sheriff, directed and delivered, in favor of the City of Centerview as Plaintiff and against Mary Moore as Defendant, I have levied upon and seized all the right, title, interest and estate of said Defendant, Mary Moore in and to the following described real estate, situate in the County of Johnson and State of Missouri, to wit:
Lot 143 in the Original Town of Centerview as shown by the plat recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 67 in Johnson County, Missouri
and I will on the 30th day of September 2024, between the hours of nine o'clock in the forenoon and five o'clock in the afternoon of that day, at the East Door of the County Court House in Warrensburg, Johnson County, State of Missouri, and during the session of said Circuit Court, at Warrensburg, Missouri, sell at public venue, for cash or for satisfaction of the pending judgment against Mary Moore held by the City of Centerview, to the highest bidder, all the right, title, interest and estate of the above named defendant, in and to said real estate, to satisfy said execution and costs.
