NOTICE OF
PUBLIC HEARING
The Knob Noster Board of Alderman will be conducting a Public Hearing on May 20, 2025, at 6:00 pm at Knob Noster City Hall, 201 North State Street, to discuss and make recommendations regarding the following item:
ITEM 1.
· Review for approval of the application for the Voluntary Annexation of property listed below. (Commonly known as 14 SE 981st Road.)
Lots 26 and 27 in Southwest Heights Subdivision, a subdivision of the East half of the Northwest quarter of the Northeast quarter of Section Twenty-eight (28). Township Forty-six (46), Range Twenty-four (24), Johnson County, Missouri.
Any and all interested parties, businesses, corporations, or individuals are encouraged to attend and participate in the "open" discussion. Any and all objections should be filed with the City Clerk within seven (7) days after the public hearing.
