Warrensburg driver hurt in Johnson County deer strike

Angela M. Lamb, 48, of Warrensburg suffered minor injuries at 5:59 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, in a Johnson County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Lamb was driving a 2020 Ford Explorer east on SE Route Y when she struck a deer.

She was wearing a seat belt and was transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to Western Missouri Medical Center.

Holden driver hurt in Johnson County crash

Janet K. Hodkins, 66, of Holden suffered minor injuries at 9:43 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13, in a Johnson County accident.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Marc R. Stuva, 65, of Holden was driving a 1999 Ford E250 north on SW 131 highway and struck the rear of Hodkins’ 2005 Toyota Camry as it was turning onto SW 50 Road.

Stuva was not wearing a seatbelt, Hopkins was and was transported by private conveyance for medical care.
