Moderate, minor injuries reported in Jan. 3 wreck
One person has moderate injuries and one person has minor injuries from a single-vehicle wreck Jan. 3 in the 500 block of Southeast 251st Road.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2001 Dodge, driven by Shelia S. Stoneking, 55, of Leeton, traveled off the left side of the roadway and overturned.
Stoneking is reported to have moderate injuries and occupant Karen A. Ridenour, 59, of Windsor, is reported to have minor injuries. Both were transported by Emergency Medical Services to Western Missouri Medical Center.
Stoneking and Ridenour are reported to have worn a safety device.
The Dodge is reported to have moderate damage.
MSHP was assisted by the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office.
