A vehicle was totaled and moderate injuries were reported in a single-vehicle wreck on March 16 on westbound U.S. Highway 50.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2009 Kia Rondo driven by Victoria L. Sailors, 18, failed to negotiate a curve and traveled off the left side of the road. Sailors overcorrected, causing the vehicle to return to the road and travel off the right side. The vehicle began to overturn before coming to rest in the road.
Sailors is reported to have moderate injuries and was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center.
