Serious injuries reported in Nov. 24 wreck on Highway 50
One person is reported to have serious injuries from a single-vehicle wreck Nov. 24 on eastbound Highway 50 east of Northwest 271st Road.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a pedestrian crossed into the path of a 2014 Honda CRV, driven by Tyler L. Courtney, 21, of Oak Grove.
Pedestrian Jessica A. Huckaby, 46, of Warrensburg, is reported to have serious injuries and was transported to Research Hospital in Kansas City.
Courtney is reported to have worn a safety device.
The Honda is reported to have minor injuries.
