Police Reports - Dec. 25, 2020

Jeremiah J. Miller, 29, was arrested Nov. 30 on a Warrensburg warrant. 

Casandra M. Cornelio, 22, was arrested Dec. 1 when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 400 block of North Maguire Street. Cornelio was arrested on a charge of driving without a valid operators license. 

Jaleesa R. Conley, 19, was arrested Dec. 2 when officers conducted a vehicle check in the 500 block of Anderson Street. Conley was arrested on charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance/amphetamine. 

Lazaro Bello-Elvira, 21, was arrested Dec. 2 when officers conducted a traffic stop at North Maguire Street and East Russell Avenue. Bello-Elvira was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended/revoked. 

Ryan D. Magee, 43, was arrested Dec. 2 when officers conducted a traffic stop at North Maguire and South streets. Magee was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended/revoked. 

Lewis Gerbig-Barto, 29, was arrested Dec. 2 when officers responded to the report of possible narcotics activity in the 700 block of South Maguire Street. Gerbig-Barto was arrested on a probation and parole violations warrant and charges of unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, delivery of 35 grams or less of marijuana or synthetic cannabinoid and unlawful possession of a firearm. 

Harold E. Rucker, 42, was arrested Dec. 3 when officers responded to an agency assist for Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, conducting a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Young Street. Rucker was arrested on warrants in another jurisdiction and a charge of obstructing process. 

Ikeoluwa Akinsanya, 23, was arrested Dec. 4 was arrested Dec. 4 when officers responded to the report of shoplifting in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. Akinsanya was arrested on a charge of shoplifting. 

Jonathan T. Geier, 23, was arrested Dec. 5 when officers responded to the report of a domestic disturbance at Mulberry and North streets. Geier was arrested on a Warrensburg warrant. 

Raqueis C. McKoy, 22, was arrested Dec. 5 when officers responded to the report of a disturbance in the 300 block of Jackson Street. McKoy was arrested on a Warrensburg warrant and charges of unlawful use of weapon - resulting in  death or injury and second degree domestic assault. 

Dovie D. Martin, 44, was arrested Dec. 6 when officers responded to a dog biting a dog in the 500 block of Streck Lane. Martin was arrested on charges of dogs running at large and vicious dogs.
