Robin G. Hankins, 40, was arrested on July 15 for trespassing on a business in the 500 block of North Maguire Street. The store manager advised that she asked the female subject lying on the side of the building to leave and she refused. Officers asked the female subject multiple times to leave the property before she was placed under arrest, booked and released on scene with a citation for trespassing.
Jasmine E. Goodwin, 33, was arrested on July 16 for assault and failing to obey an officer in the 300 block of South Mulberry Street. Officers originally responded to an assault that occurred. They tried to detain the female subject on the scene, but she fled in a vehicle. She was later issued a citation.
Emma T. Morell, 21, was arrested on July 17 for a warrant and driving while suspended/revoked after officers stopped her vehicle near Maguire and Railroad Street. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Tony D. Barron, 37, was arrested on July 17 for assault in the 700 block of East Hale Lake Road. He was arrested for assault and placed in the Johnson County Jail on a 24-hour hold. Barron was also later arrested on July 18 for property damage and assault and was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released. He was also arrested on July 19 for a probation violation warrant and transported to the Johnson County Jail.
Timothy D. Wittmeyer, 38, was arrested on July 18 for obstruction, a Lee’s Summit warrant and two Clay County warrants. Officers were dispatched to the 300 block of Maguire Street in reference to a male subject passed out in his vehicle. Officers made contact with the male subject who provided a false name. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail in lieu of bond.
Melody D. Henke, 27, was arrested on July 18 for driving while revoked after an officer conducted a traffic stop on her vehicle near Gay Street and Ridgeview Drive. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.
Cora Miller, 31, was arrested on July 21 for shoplifting from a business in the 400 block of East Young Street. The store manager reported that she had stolen $10.00 worth of merchandise on July 19. The female subject was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a summons.
Laura E. Marr, 34, was arrested on July 21 for driving without a valid license after officers responded to the 100 block of North College Street in reference to a motor vehicle crash. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
