Katoria A. Gitau, 34, was arrested on July 1 for driving while suspended after officers conducted a traffic stop on her at PCA Road and Fox Ridge Drive. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with two citations for improper registration and driving while suspended.

Rigoberto V. Cruz, 41, was arrested on July 2 for driving without a valid license after an officer conducted a traffic stop on his vehicle in the 300 block of North College Street. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.

Brandi R. Andrews, 37, was arrested on July 3 for driving while revoked after an officer conducted a traffic stop in the 900 block of South Holden Street for no registration. The female driver provided valid proof of insurance, but her driving status was revoked. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a citation for driving while revoked and was given a warning for the registration.

Jared J. Storms, 42, was arrested on July 4 for domestic assault, failure to obey an officer, obstructing process and littering. Officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance in the 400 block of North Ridgeview Drive. A male subject was arrested for domestic assault. He refused to get into a police car and was also charged with failure to obey an officer. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department. During the booking process, he refused to give a fingerprint and was charged with obstructing process. After the booking process, he littered by tossing his citations and was also charged with littering. He was processed and released.

Michael Mesin, 34, was arrested on July 5 for obstruction and assaulting an officer. On July 1, he was reported for a noise complaint in the 400 block of West Pine Street, where officers found him intoxicated and trespassing. On July 5, officers determined he had provided a false name to them, and was arrested after he assaulted an officer in the 400 block of Ming Street. He was transported to the Western Missouri Medical Center and released to medical staff.

Alexis N. Allen, 23, and Jordan Washington, 28, were arrested on July 5 for trespassing on a location they had previously trespassed in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. They were issued a summons for trespassing and released on scene.

Timothy M. Price, 44, was arrested on July 5 for shoplifting and resisting arrest at a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. Officers arrived and one male subject ran on foot to the east of the business. Officers were able to catch the male and apprehend him on one count of stealing and one count of resisting. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed for shoplifting and resisting. He was then transported to the Johnson County Jail for multiple warrants out of other jurisdictions.

Jose A. Lara, 33, and Carmen B. Corrales, 33, were arrested on July 5 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. They were arrested and issued citations on the scene for stealing.

Santiago Matheus, 53, was arrested on July 5 for trespassing and property damage in the 400 block of Benjamin Drive. He was transported to the Police Department, processed and released. He was transported by Johnson County Ambulance District to the Western Missouri Medical Center. He was later arrested again on July 6 for trespassing and assaulting an officer on multiple occasions. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail.

Tyson J. Franklin, 20, was arrested on July 7 for municipal domestic assault in the 800 block of Broad Street. A female subject had reported that he had assaulted her. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Dale P. Martin, 55, was arrested on July 7 for assault and obstruction by failing to identify. The Warrensburg Fire Department requested emergency assistance for an illegal burn in the 400 block of Blake Anthony Street. A firefighter reported that a known male subject sprayed him in the face with a garden hose. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released.

Timothy S. Fike, 37, was arrested on July 7 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
