Jennifer R. Holsey, 42, was arrested on Oct. 24 when officers were dispatched to the 900 block of Ridge Drive regarding a disturbance between an adult female and a juvenile. Holsey was arrested on a charge of domestic assault. 

Juan A. Vazquez, 28, was arrested on Oct. 24 when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of South Holden Street on a vehicle with expired registration. Vazquez was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended/revoked.  

Christopher S. Owen, 34, was arrested on Oct. 24 when he turned himself into the Warrensburg Police Department. Owen was arrested on a warrant. 

De’ja Z. Dobbins, 21, was arrested on Oct. 25 on a Warrensburg municipal warrant. 

Jessica M. Jakobe, 30, was arrested on Oct. 25 when officers conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle with improper registration in the 400 block of East Mill Street. Jakobe was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended/revoked.

Joe N. Donaldson, 59 was arrested on Oct. 25 when officers were dispatched to Probation and Parole in reference to a known subject who has a warrant. Donaldson was arrested on a warrant for probation and parole violations.

George R. Kidwell, 53, was arrested on Oct. 25 when officers were dispatched to the area of North Ridgeview and Frontage Drive for a wellness check of a subject. Kidwell was arrested on a warrant-other jurisdictions. 

James P. Hutchins, 41, was arrested on Oct. 25 when officers responded to a report of a man kicking down a bedroom door in the 500 block of West Young Street. Hutchins was arrested on a charge of disturbing private peace. 

Randi R. McCulley, 39, was arrested on Oct. 26 when officers were dispatched to Walmart in reference to a disturbance. McCulley was arrested on a warrant. 

Alexander R. Reilly, 23, was arrested on Oct. 26 when officers conducted a traffic stop at South Holden and South Street due to a lane violation. Reilly was arrested on charges of failure to drive in a single lane, no proof of insurance and driving without a valid operator's license. 

Amanda G. Donegan, 37, was arrested on Oct. 26 when officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Maguire and Young streets. Donegan was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended/revoked. 

Michael McDonald, 38, was arrested on Oct. 27 when officers were dispatched to a burglary on Jackson Street. A male was reported to have broken into an apartment to use electricity. McDonald was arrested on a warrant and a charge of second-degree burglary. 

Anthony D. Hillsman, 50, was arrested on Oct. 27 when the Proactive Crimes Division conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle at the intersection of Highway 50 and PCA Road. Hillsman was arrested on charges of driving while license suspended/revoked, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana/synthetic cannabinoid of 10 grams or less and possession of a controlled substance/ amphetamine.

Tyneisha M. Perkins, 30, was arrested on Oct. 28 when officers were dispatched to Enersys in reference to a subject trespassing. Perkins was arrested on a charge of trespassing.

Mary A. Selbe, 63, was arrested on Oct. 28 when officers were dispatched to Burkarth Road for a careless and imprudent driver. Selbe was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated-liquor. 

Tifany D. Sarver, 39, was arrested on Oct. 29 when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of North Maguire Street. Sarver was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended/revoked. 

Aric S. Belzer, 30, was arrested on Oct. 29 when officers were dispatched to the 700 block of North Warren Street in reference to a motor vehicle crash. During the investigation, an involved subject was found to have a probation violation warrant. Belzer was arrested on a warrant for probation and parole violations. 

David A. Lawson, 43, was arrested on Oct. 29 when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 100 block of West Culton Street for improper registration. Lawson was arrested on charges of possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana.

Randall L. Young, 19, was arrested on Oct. 30 when officers responded to a report of a male flashing a firearm on South Mitchell Street. Young was arrested on a charge of minor in possession of alcohol.
