Mid-Missouri Artists, Inc. and Warrensburg Parks and Recreation will sponsor the 50th Holiday Arts and Crafts Sale Saturday, November 7, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Warrensburg Community Center, 445 E. Gay with approximately 60 vendors. This show is unique in that all items sold must be created by the artisan or crafter. In addition to many returning vendors, several new vendors will be providing shopping opportunities for holiday decorating and gifting. Vendors come from Warrensburg and 21 other communities. Additional parking will be available in the Grover Park Baptist Church across the street from the Community Center.

The show is free and open to the public. Door prizes donated by the vendors will be given out hourly. Shoppers can view a variety of arts and crafts and discuss how they are created with those who made them. Shoppers searching for special hand-crafted gifts will find many to choose from. Booths will feature items made from barnwood, stained glass, soaps, repurposed items, musical instruments, jewelry, fabric, a variety of art media, photography, items made from silverware, Christmas ornaments and wreaths, crocheted items, dried flowers and holiday arrangements, wood carvings and wood toys, doll clothes, yard art, and a variety of other interesting items. Several items can be personalized.

Donations of children’s art supplies will be accepted to be donated to Survival prior to Christmas. Look for the donation box.

One area quilt group will display their raffle quilts in the hallway and sell raffle tickets to support designated charities.
