Arandon E. McConnell, 20, was arrested on March 19 for shoplifting from a business in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. Asset Protection reported that a known male subject stole $298 worth of merchandise. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, processed and released. more
