PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE
Public Notice is hereby given that the City Council of the City of Warrensburg, Missouri, will meet on May 13, 2024, at 7:00 p.m., at the Warrensburg Municipal Center, 200 S. Holden St., to consider the following matters:
1. A public hearing regarding a request by Joshua and Andrew Robinson, to rezone the property located at 401 Franklin St. The request is to change the zoning classification from R2: One- and Two-Family Residence District to R4: Medium Density Multifamily Residence District. The property is legally described as follows:
THE WEST HALF OF LOT 167 AND ALL OF LOT 168 IN GALLAHER'S FIRST ADDITION, AS SHOWN BY THE PLAT FILED IN PLAT BOOK 2, AT PAGE(S) 25, IN THE CITY OF WARRENSBURG, JOHNSON COUNTY, MISSOURI.
2. An Ordinance Amending Section 27-406 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Warrensburg, Missouri Regarding Parking Requirements for Land Use 2.22 SALES AND RENTAL OF GOODS, MERCHANDISE AND EQUIPMENT: Business where storage and display of good outside a fully enclosed building allowed: Miscellaneous.
