Johnson County is processing a new application for the installation of a 307' AGL (1136 ft AMSL) Guyed Antenna Tower to be located at 38 47' 5.10" N, 93 44' 8.34" W. The physical location of the proposed structure is 315 Hawthorne Blvd., Warrensburg, MO 64093 (Johnson County). The proposed structure will be marked/lighted in accordance with FAA AC 70/7460-1 M with a medium-dual system- Chapters 4, 8 (M-Dual) and 15. Interested persons may review the application by going to www.fcc.gov/asr/applications and entering the Form 854 File Number listed below. Comments are sought regarding any environmental concerns about this project, particularly any specific reasons that the tower may have a significant environmental effect pursuant to 47 CFR Section 1.1307. Interested persons may file a Request for Environmental Review with the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) within 30 days of the date on which this notice is published.
