Comes now Petitioner, by and through her attorney of record, and states:
1. She is the Petitioner in a Dissolution action filed in Johnson County, Missouri, on July 27, 2026;
2. The object of the action is to dissolve the marriage between Petitioner and Respondent;
3. The Court will order Respondent to keep his personal property, and so otherwise, Respondent's property will not be adversely affected;
4. The action is filed in Johnson County, Missouri, Circuit Court; the Petitioner is Sharatha Smith, and the Respondent is Charles Darcy Smith;
