TO: ALL PERSONS WHO CLAIM ANY INTEREST IN THE PROPERTY OF VELMA JEAN BURDEN, DECEASED, AS AN HEIR OF SAID DECEDENT OR THROUGH ANY HEIR OF DECEDENT.
You are hereby notified that a petition has been filed in the above court by John Foster for the determination of the heirs of Velma Jean Burden, deceased, and their respective interests as such heirs in and with respect to the following described property owned by said Decedent at the time of death, to wit:
~120 acres in Clinton County, Missouri (See Exhibit A for legal description)

EXCEPT all that portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section Two (2), as conveyed to Dennis L. Bryant and Edith A. Bryant by deeds recorded August 2, 1979 in Book 324, Page 636 and in Book 324, Page 637 both of Official Records, Clinton County, Missouri, described as follows: beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section Two (2), Township Fifty-five (55), Range Thirty-one (31), Clinton County, Missouri, then North 89 51' East, along the South line of said Southwest Quarter of Section Two (2), 275.0 feet, to the "true point of beginning."
