Sowers dated 7/13/2009 and recorded on 7/17/2009 in Book 3299 Page 151, in the Recorder's office for Johnson County, Missouri. The successor trustee will on October 23, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, more particularly at 10:30 AM, Reese Education Center, 301 W. Market St., Warrensburg, MO 64093 at the sell at public venue to the highest bidder for cash (certified funds only), the following real estate:
LOT 48 IN IRON HORSE, LOTS 43 THRU 71 AND TRACT B, AS SHOWN BY THE RECORDED PLAT IN PLAT BOOK 12, AT PAGE 253, IN JOHNSON COUNTY, MISSOURI.
