For default in payment of debt and performance of obligation secured by Deed of Trust executed by Jason L Orender and Natasha A Orender husband and wife dated November 15, 2017 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds of Johnson County, Missouri as Book: 3651 Page: 128 and modified by Loan Modification Agreement recorded on June 9, 2021 at Book: 3834 Page: 133 the undersigned Successor Trustee, at the request of the legal holder of said Note will on Wednesday, October 28, 2026 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., (at the specific time of 4:00 PM), at the East Front Door of the Court House, City of Warrensburg, County of Johnson, State of Missouri, sell at public vendue to the highest bidder for cash the following described real estate, described in said Deed of Trust, and situated in Johnson County, State of Missouri, to wit:
ALL THAT PART OF LOTS 7 AND 8, HILLSIDE ESTATES, A SUBDIVISION IN JOHNSON COUNTY, MISSOURI, AS SHOWN ON THE RECORDED SURVEY FILED IN BOOK 9 AT PAGE 104, DESCRIBED AS BEGINNING AT A POINT 158 FEET WEST OF THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8; THENCE NORTH 02 DEGREES 11 MINUTES 09 SECONDS EAST, 450 FEET; THENCE WEST 90 DEGREES FOR 291.16 FEET TO A POINT ON THE WEST LINE OF SAID LOT 7 THAT IS 150 FEET NORTH OF THE SOUTHWEST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE 2 DEGREES 17 MINUTES 02 SECONDS WEST FOR 450 FEET TO THE SOUTHWEST CORNER OF SAID LOT 8; THENCE 90 DEGREES EAST ALONG THE SOUTH LINE OF SAID LOT 8, 291.80 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
