PART OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF SECTION 11, TOWNSHIP 45, RANGE 28 IN HOLDEN, JOHNSON COUNTY, MISSOURI, DESCRIBED AS; COMMENCING AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF LOT 210 IN TOWN OF HOLDEN, AS SHOWN BY THE PLAT RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 1, PAGE 55-56, THENCE EAST, 186 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING; THENCE CONTINUING EAST, 128 FEET; THENCE NORTH, 144 FEET; THENCE WEST, 128 FEET; THENCE SOUTH, 144 FEET, TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
