The City of Warrensburg has two City Council positions open. Each is a three-year term.
Candidate filing is open from 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. Monday through Friday with the office of the City Clerk.
The City of Centerview has one four-year term for Mayor and two two-year term aldermen at large positions open.
Candidate filings are available with the County Clerk’s Office at the Reese Education Center, Suite 106, 301 West Market Street.
Hours are 8:30 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The City of Chilhowee has one four-year term for Mayor and two two-year term alderman at large positions open.

The City of Holden has multiple positions open.
The list includes one two-year term for Ward I, one two-year term for Ward II, one one-year term for Ward II, two two-year terms for Ward III, two two-year terms for Ward IV and one four-year term for Mayor.
Candidates may file at the Holden City Clerk Office. The office is open 8 a.m. through 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday.
The City of Knob Noster has one position open for each Ward I, Ward II and Ward III Board of Aldermen. Each is for a two-year term.
Candidate filings are available from 8 a.m. through 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, excluding holidays, at the City Clerk’s Office.
The City of Leeton has two positions available for Alderman at-large. Positions are for two-year terms.
Candidate fillings are 9 a.m through 2 p.m. Monday through Thursday, excluding holidays, with the Leeton City Clerk, 108 W. Summerfield.
Three positions are open on the Warrensburg Board of Education. All are three-year terms.
Candidates can file at the Warrensburg R-VI District Office, 201 South Holden Street, during normal office hours from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday between Dec. 9 through Dec. 22. Hours are 8 a.m. to noon Dec. 23, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Dec 29 and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 30.
Filing packets can be picked up from Board Secretary Jodi Norman in the district office.
Three positions are open on the Holden Board of Education. All are three-year terms.

Three positions are open on the Johnson County R-7 Board of Education All are three-year terms.
Candidates can file at the Johnson County R-7 School District Office with Board Secretary Mechelle Toole.
Filing will be during normal office hours. On Dec. 30, filing will be from 4 p.m. through 5 p.m.
Three positions are open for the Kingsville Board of Education.
All are three-year terms.
Candidates may file from 8 a.m. through 3:30 p.m. between Dec. 9 and Dec. 12, as well as Dec. 15 through Dec. 18.
Hours on Dec. 19, Dec. 23 and Dec. 29 are 8 a.m. through 12:30 p.m.
Hours are 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. Dec. 30
