Christian rock groups Skillet, Tenth Avenue North announced for Missouri State Fair

Skillet with Tenth Avenue North will be making a stop at the 2026 Missouri State Fair. 

The two  American Christian rock bands will take the stage at the Missouri State Fair at 7:30 p.m. Aug. 19. This is the third concert to be announced by MSF thus far, joined by the All-American Rejects with Joyce Manor and Russell Dickerson with Atlus. 

Skillet is a two-time  GRAMMY® Award-nominated Pandora Billionaires Club quartet that includes John Cooper [lead vocals/bass], Korey Cooper [guitar/keys], Jen Ledger [drums/vocals], and Seth Morrison [lead guitar]. 

The group has sold more than 12 million albums worldwide, including three-time platinum and Billboard Music Award-winning "Awake," which includes two-time platinum  track “Awake & Alive,” 3x-platinum track “Hero,” and four-time platinum track “Monster."

The song is "one of the most-streamed rock songs in history, with over 1.2 billion global audio streams. Tenth North Avenue is best known for its debut album "Over and Underneath." It includes “Love is Here,” “By Your Side,” “Worn,” “I Have This Hope," and “Control (Somehow You Want Me). The group's newest album is "Learning To Trust."

Missouri State Fair Grandstand concert ticket presale begins for registered Fair Fans at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 12, and will end at 4 p.m. on Monday, May 18, through Etix.com or by phone. No tickets for the Missouri State Fair will be sold prior to the presale.

Public sales begin at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, May 19, through Etix.com or by phone. The Missouri State Fair Box Office will open at noon on Monday, June 29.
