The City of Warrensburg is slated to begin its 2026 Street Maintenance Resurfacing Program on Monday, Aug. 10.
The 2026 paving operation is slated to cover 3.5 mies of city streets and will begin with crews milling the roadway before placing a new hot-mix asphalt overlay.
Residents and businesses are asked not to park on the affected streets while milling and resurfacing work are underway. The city’s street department will post “No parking” signs. Residents are also asked to avoid watering lawns until the project is complete.
The 2026 project will cover the following streets. The city states the street list is in no particular order.
BROAD STREET: Maguire Street east to Zoll Street.
CULTON STREET: Maguire Street west to College Street.
OAK STREET: Maguire Street west to College Street.
RAILROAD STREET: Maguire Street west to College Street.
NORTH STREET: Maguire Street west to College Street.
MARKET STREET: Maguire Street east to Charles Street.
FRONTAGE ROAD: Enterprise Drive east to Devasher Road.
CEDAR DRIVE: Mitchell Street east to Deadend.
PCA ROAD: Grandview Drive south to 50 Highway Bridge.
PINE COURT: Cedar Drive south to Cul-de-sac.
HAMPTON STREET: Foxridge Drive east to Foxrun Drive.
JUNIPER COURT: Cedar Drive north to Cul-de-sac.
HILLMAN LANE: Veterans Road south to Veterans Road.
COLLEGE STREET: South Street north to Young Street.
ZOLL STREET: Grover Street south to Christopher Street.
WILKES DRIVE: North Street north to Cul-de-sac.
ZOLL STREET: Quail Trail south to Hale Lake Road.
STRECK LANE: Wilkes Drive east to Deadend.
COLLEGE STREET: South Street north to Young Street.
STRECK LANE: Wilkes Drive west to Streck Court.
HANCOCK AVENUE: Wilkes Drive east to Deadend.
STRECK COURT: Streck Lane north to Cul-de-sac.
