The Warrenburg Fire and Police Departments Blood Drive is slated for Friday, June 5.
The blood drive runs from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. at the Matthews-Crawford Post 131 Inc, American Legion, 733 E. Young Ave.
All donors will score two Kansas City Royals home game tickets as well as Papa Murphy's Pizza after 11 a.m.
Organizers stress summer is one of the times when blood is needed the most, with accidents involving outdoor activities tending to increase while regular donations trend down due to vacations and summer plans.
