Offered by Journey Home, Refuge on Ming and various area churches, hot lunch is provided from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 206 N. College St. in Warrensburg. Medical services provided by Katy Trail Community Health’s mobile unit are available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the parking lot of The Food Center, 137 E. Culton St. in Warrensburg. The Johnson County Adult Literacy Program will host a fundraiser night from 5 to 8 p.m. at Culver’s, 906 N. Simpson Drive in Warrensburg. Ten percent of all sales will be donated to JCALP.

Trails Regional Library hosts Cook the Book at 6 p.m. at the Knob Noster Branch. This program is for adults.

The Mule Club American Legion Post 131 baseball team will host Military Appreciation night at the Warrensburg Activities Complex, 1411 S. Ridgeview Drive. Games are slated for 6 p.m. and 8 p.m. All active duty and veterans will receive free admission and popcorn.

The Central Missouri Repertory Theatre at the University of Central Missouri will present a free public performance of the family-friendly play “Guinevere and Lancelot” at 2 p.m. at the Highlander Theatre on the UCM campus in Warrensburg.

Monday, June 3
