Man arrested after July 28 wreck
Serious injuries were reported in a July 28 wreck on County Road 1501 south of County Road 950.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2023 Polaris ATV driven by Larry D. Callahan, 65, of Holden, began to skid on a gravel roadway. The vehicle overturned and ejected the driver, then came to rest in the middle of the roadway.
Callahan was reported to have serious injuries and was transported to Centerpoint Hospital by Johnson County EMS. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
