Minor injuries reported in June 16 wreck

One person is reported to have minor injuries from a two-vehicle wreck June 16 on Route C and West 216th Street. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2018 Mitsubishi, driven by Irene Christensen, 58, of Excelsior Springs, pulled into the path of a 1994 Chevrolet, driven by Evan Stolz, 18. 

Christensen is reported to have minor injuries and was transported by a private vehicle to Excelsior Springs Hospital. Stolz is reported to have no injuries.

Christensen and Stolz are each reported to have worn a safety device.

Both vehicles are reported to have extensive damage. 

Moderate injuries reported in June 16 wreck

One person is reported to have moderate injuries from a two-vehicle wreck June 16 on Highway B south of Southwest 1000th Road. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2009 Mazda Tribute, driven by Jacob Carver, 31, of Holden, traveled into the northbound lane and sideswiped a 2005 Ford F-150, driven by Derek Culbertson, 38, of Holden. 

Carver is reported to have moderate injuries and was treated at the scene.

Carver is reported to have worn a safety device. MSHP reports it is unknown if Culbertson wore a safety device. 

Both the Ford and the Mazda are reported to be a total loss.

Moderate injuries reported in June 18 wreck

One person is reported to have moderate injuries from a two-vehicle wreck on June 18 on Highway DD at Southeast 581 Road. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that the wreck occurred when a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu, driven by Lacy Stagner, 18, of Warrensburg, turned into the path of a 2018 Ford Focus, driven by Sandralee Coles, 48, of Warrensburg. 

Coles was reported to have moderate injuries.

Coles was reported to have worn a safety device. 

The Chevrolet is reported to have extensive damage. The Ford is reported to be a total loss. 

The Johnson County Sheriff’s Office assisted the MSHP.

Minor Injuries reported in June 19 wreck

One person is reported to have minor injuries from a single-vehicle wreck on June 19 at Southwest 1171 and Southwest 375. 

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports that the wreck occurred when a 2009 Polaris ATV, driven by a juvenile of Holden overturned from doing donuts in the intersection.

The juvenile is reported to have minor injuries.

The juvenile is reported to have not worn a safety device. 

The Polaris is reported to have no damage.
