Missouri election officials begin mailing ballots as they await ruling on congressional map
Absentee voting for people who cannot get to the polls begins Tuesday in Missouri. Election officials are waiting for a ruling from the 8th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to find out if they must work overtime to change congressional districts for voters in 28 counties.
