When Jesus declared in John 13:35, “By this everyone will know that you are my disciples, if you love one another,” He gave us a radical blueprint for living. In a world quick to judge, divide, and compete, He chose love—not holiness, righteousness, or even generosity—as the defining mark of His followers. This choice feels both profound and daunting, a call to embody something so simple yet so challenging. Reflecting on this, I’m struck by how love, in its truest form, becomes a mirror reflecting Christ to the world.
