KINGSVILLE - The Sedalia Quilts of Valor Foundation headed out to Kingsville on Friday, Nov. 15, to present retired U.S. Air Force Tech Sgt. Kyle Hookey and retired U.S. Army Pfc. James Jenkins with quilts to thank them for their service and give them the comfort and recognition they deserve.
