WARRENSBURG – The University of Central Missouri’s operating budget for Fiscal Year 2024, a contract for floor replacement in the Elliott Student Union, and the elimination of “Compensatory Time Off” as an available substitute for overtime payment for non-exempt employees were among the items approved by the Board of Governors when it met in its plenary session April 27.
