Jamis A. Torrey, 39, was arrested March 2 in the 300 block of North Maguire Street for trespassing after officers were dispatched for trespassing. Officers made contact with a male who was determined to have an active trespass notice from the business. He was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Ernesto G. Hernandez, 47, was arrested March 2 in the 100 block of Commercial Street for driving while revoked and no proof of insurance after officers conducted a vehicle stop for a revoked driver's license and an active Johnson County felony warrant. Officers transported him to the Johnson County Jail, where he was placed in lieu of bond.
Jamis A. Torrey, 39, was arrested March 2 for an open container violation in the 300 block of East Young Street for a disturbance. Officers made contact with a male who was discovered to be in possession of an open container. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was issued a summons and trespass notice related to the incident.
Jeffrey L. Nokes, 43, was arrested March 2 in the 1000 block of Anderson Street for driving while revoked, having no proof of insurance, and having expired plates, after officers conducted a stop on a vehicle for improper registration. Officers discovered the driver had a revoked license status. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons.
Kyle J. Henderson, 26, was arrested March 4 for two different cases of shoplifting and trespassing in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. When officers arrived, staff had a subject detained in the office. Surveillance showed the male failed to scan an item before placing it in a bag and walking past the last point of sale. He was also found to have a trespass notice from the business. Officers were also informed of a shoplifting case that occurred on March 1, where the male passed all points of sale without paying for his items. Officers transported the male to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released in both cases.
Donny L. Johnson, 46, was arrested March 4 in the 500 block of West Young Street for trespassing after officers were dispatched to the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard. Asset protection informed officers of a trespassing case that occurred Feb. 27. The male was located in the 500 block of West Young Street, where he was arrested and issued a citation for trespassing.
Clinton R. Brown, 33, was arrested March 5 in the area of North Warren Street and North Pine Street for driving while revoked, improper registration and defective equipment - commercial vehicles/trailers after officers conducted a vehicle stop for improper registration and no trailer lights. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.
Jordan Bauter, 29, was arrested March 5 in the 300 block of West Gay Street for driving while intoxicated and public affray after officers were dispatched to a fight in progress. A male was arrested for public affray and DWI. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released. A second male, Kevin D. Allard, 52, was mailed a citation for public affray.
Douglas D. Sherwood, 33, was arrested March 6 in the 400 block of Russell Avenue for indecent exposure after officers were dispatched to a fight in progress. Officers located two male subjects. The first was completely naked and injured. The second was also injured. The first was taken to Western Missouri Medical Center and issued a citation. Officers are still investigating the assault that took place.
Timothy Peterson, 31, was arrested March 7 in the 100 block of South Mitchell Street for four-degree domestic assault and second-degree domestic assault after officers were dispatched to a domestic assault in progress. The reporting party stated that two male subjects were fighting, and juveniles were involved. A male was arrested on two charges of domestic assault, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released pending state charges.
Kerri L. Mitchell, 39, was arrested March 8 in the 700 block of North Charles Street for possession of a controlled substance and unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia after officers conducted a subject check for another case. After investigation, the female was arrested for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released pending state charges.
Novas V. Durley, 36, was arrested March 7 in the 300 block of East Young Street for disturbing public peace and obstruction after officers were dispatched for a male causing a disturbance inside a business. The male failed to identify himself to officers. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Kyle J. Henderson, 26, was arrested March 7 in the 800 block of North Maguire Street for trespassing after officers responded to a report of past trespassing on March 7. After an investigation, the male subject was identified, and it was determined that he had left the area. The male subject was later located, arrested, and issued a citation for trespassing on Walmart property.
Ronald J. Baltromitis, 59, was arrested March 7 in the area of 50 Highway and Devasher for driving without a valid license, improper registration and failure to yield to an emergency vehicle. Officers working a vehicle accident near Young and 50 observed a male subject fail to yield to emergency vehicles. The subject failed to slow down and move over when passing the crash. Officers conducted a vehicle stop. The subject was cited on scene and released to a valid driver.
Kerri L. Mitchell, 39, was arrested March 8 in the 700 block of North Charles Street for fourth-degree assault after officers responded to a disturbance at a business. It was determined that a female struck another female in the head with a fist numerous times. She was identified and arrested.
