Beginning Sept. 1, Warrensburg Parks & Recreation will transition from ActiveNet to CivicRec, a new recreation management system designed to provide a more convenient and user-friendly experience for Warrensburg Community Center members and the community.
CivicRec will provide customers with several new and improved features, including:
Existing customer and membership information will be transferred from ActiveNet to CivicRec. However, because CivicRec requires information that was not collected in the previous system, customers may be asked to provide additional details when accessing their accounts or visiting the Community Center.
Current monthly members will also need to complete the membership enrollment process in CivicRec. Under the new system, each member’s billing date will be based on the date the membership is established instead of all monthly memberships being billed on the same day.
All new and current members must present a valid photo ID for verification during their first visit following the transition. Members will also be required to review and sign updated membership paperwork.
Additional information and instructions will be shared as the September 1 transition approaches. Warrensburg Parks & Recreation asks customers to be patient with staff during the change, as employees will also be learning and navigating the new system.
