Motorcyclist hurt in Johnson County accident
A 21-year-old male from Centerview suffered minor injuries in a motorcycle accident Saturday, Feb 21, in Johnson County.
According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the male was driving a 2009 Suzuki GSX1300R westbound on Missouri Route BB at County Road Southwest 101 when his vehicle crossed the center line and struck a 2009 Ford Mustang driven by a 70-year-old from Centerview.
The motorcyclist was wearing a helmet, while the driver of the Mustang was wearing a seat belt.
The motorcyclist was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center by the Johnson County Sheriff's Department.
