Nathaniel John K. Weitz, 39, was arrested June 22 in the 800 block of West Mill Street for simple domestic assault after officers responded to a physical altercation in progress. Officers made contact with a female and male. After an investigation, the male was arrested, booked and released on scene. He complained of injuries unrelated to the disturbance and was transported to WMMC and left in care of hospital staff.
Michelle N. White, 41, was arrested June 24 in the 1000 block of South Maguire Street for stealing/shoplifting after officers were dispatched to a theft in progress. A male was arrested for shoplifting. She was trespassed from the business and booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department with a citation.
Stephen M. Bledsoe, 48, was arrested June 24 in the 600 block of North Maguire Street for DWI after officers conducted a traffic stop. The male driver was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Garrett W. Labelle, 26, was arrested June 24 in the 500 block of East Terrace Drive for domestic assault after officers were dispatched to the 900 block of East Market for a past domestic. The reporting party stated a male kicked her and left in a vehicle. Officers located the male who was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Andrew S. Bedwell, 22, was arrested June 27 in the 100 block of South Holden for property damage. On June 23, officers were dispatched to the 100 block of North College Street regarding his building that had previously been spray painted between May 3 and May 5. Anonymous subjects reported to WPD that a male subject was responsible for the spray painting of the building and other buildings in the area. The male suspect was interviewed and admitted to spray painting all of the buildings. He was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department with state charges.
Zander J. Smith, 21, was arrested June 25 in the 500 block of Grove Street for driving while intoxicated, an open container violation and simple domestic assault after officers were dispatched to a physical disturbance in progress. Upon officer’s arrival, a female and male were detained. The male was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department. The investigation is ongoing.
Austin R. Blankenship, 29, was arrested June 27 in the 800 block of Broad Street for DWI, tampering with physical evidence in a felony prosecution and possession of a controlled substance after officers investigated a motor vehicle crash. A male was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Dickey L. Rea II, 43, was arrested June 27 in the 200 block of Carpenter Street for littering, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and aggravated fleeing a stop or detention after officers conducted a traffic stop in the area of Zoll and Hamilton. Upon the officers approach, the vehicle fled the stop. THe truck was pursued briefly, and crashed into a tree. The male was taken into custody after a short search. He was placed in jail on multiple felony warrants and state charges.
