Somnath Sarkar, 64, was arrested May 26 in the area of North Warren Street and West Market Street for violating an order of protection, driving with a suspended license and DWI - prior after officers were dispatched to the 000 block of Hawthorne Hill Drive in reference to a protection order violation. A RP stated a known male subject violated an order of protection before fleeing the scene. Officers later located the male subject operating a vehicle near Warren Street. During a traffic stop, officers discovered he was driving while suspended. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released on state charges.
Henry C. Chapman, 41, was arrested May 27 for trespassing and resisting arrest in the area of Polk and Washington after officers were dispatched to the 200 block of West Gay Street in reference to a disturbance. Officers made contact with a reporting party who stated a known male subject, who had trespassed from the property, had been causing a disturbance on scene before fleeing. He was later located and approached by officers, where he began to resist arrest. He was placed into custody and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released.
Shyenne R. Perry, 26, was arrested May 27 in the 600 block of Burkarth Road for possession of drugs/paraphernalia after officers were dispatched in reference to an assault. Officers made contact with a male regarding a female, who reported an altercation occurred. No arrests regarding the assault have been made and the case is being sent to the City Prosecutor for further review. While still on scene, officers discovered a female subject was in possession of drug paraphernalia. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released.
Tiffany Ritchie, 36, was arrested May 27 in the 300 block of Cooper Boulevard for trespassing after officers were dispatched in reference to trespassing. Asset protection reported a known female subject, who had previously been trespassed from the property, was located on scene. Officers made contact with the female subject, where they confirmed her trespass notice was active. She was arrested, booked and released on scene with a city summons.
Zachary R. Lee, 26, was arrested May 27, for an open container violation and driving while intoxicated in the area of South Main Street and Windy Way Street after officers observed a vehicle fail to stop at a stop sign at the intersection of South Main Street and Southwest Drive. A traffic stop was conducted, where officers discovered the driver was driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
William L. Cole, 69, was arrested May 28 in the 400 block of East Gay Street for driving while revoked after officers conducted a traffic stop after discovering the driver was operating with a revoked license. Upon contact, officers identified and confirmed his revoked status. He was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a city summons.
Jeremy T. Owen, 41, was arrested May 31 in the 1200 block of Pebblecreek Drive for property damage and simple assault after officers were dispatched to a domestic disturbance at the location May 29. A victim reported a known male struck her in the face, kicked her in the side, interfered with her calling for help and damaged her phone. Officers later located the male and arrested him for domestic assault and property damage. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Trayzon Richmond, 29, and Brendyn T. Fritz, 23, were arrested for public affray in the 800 block of South Maguire Street after officers were dispatched in reference to a disturbance May 30. Officers made contact with a male subject who was determined to have engaged in a physical altercation in the parking lot with another male subject. One male was arrested, booked and released on scene with a citation. The other was arrested May 31, where he was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Piotr Cymer, 54, was arrested May 31 in the 400 block of East Clark Street for Careless and imprudent driving - crash and driving while intoxicated after officers were dispatched to a motor vehicle crash. Officers placed a male under arrest for driving while intoxicated. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Kevin D. Allen, 53; Samantha D. Pohlman, 27; Caleb A Foose, 30 and Greg M. Porter, 68; were arrested May 30 for trespassing, while Jessica L. Even, 40, was arrested for trespassing, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance May 31 in the 200 block of East Market Street after officers were dispatched in reference to multiple subjects trespassing inside a garage. Officers made contact with two females and three males. One female was found to be in possession of drugs. They were all transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
