WARRENSBURG—During a special meeting on Thursday, Jan. 30, the Warrensburg City Council unanimously approved an ordinance authorizing the city manager and city clerk to execute a consent to collateral assignment per the agreement with Constable Sanitation, Inc. for solid waste and recycling services for residential collection services.
