The Moonlight Market is a free public event that is designed for all ages. The evening market will feature The Jazziosos performing live for the community from 4:30pm - 6:30pm in the front of the Johnson County Justice Center. The Jazziosos are a jazz ensemble made up of six members with music for all to enjoy. Warrensburg Main Street encourages the community to bring chairs and enjoy our limited available seating to listen to the live music in Downtown Warrensburg while shopping at the evening market.
Now in its 6th year, Moonlight Market has become a popular annual tradition and a unique way to experience the Warrensburg Farmers’ Market beyond its traditional Saturday morning hours. The event was created to introduce the market to a broader audience while offering a fun, family friendly evening that encourages residents and visitors to explore Downtown Warrensburg.
Fall Moonlight Market will feature a variety of local farmers, makers, artisans and food vendors. Shoppers can expect fresh offerings such as organically grown produce, local honey, locally raised meat, handmade desserts and baked goods. Attendees can also browse an assortment of handmade and artisan goods, including wire wrapped jewelry, recycled wind chimes, blacksmith crafted items and more. A variety of food trucks will also be on site, offering options such as barbecue, burgers, hot dogs, fried rice, kettle corn, dirty sodas, specialty coffees and more. Fall Moonlight Market will serve as the final market event of the 2026 Warrensburg Farmers’ Market season, giving the community one more opportunity to shop local, support area vendors and celebrate another successful year at the market.
The Moonlight Market is put on by Warrensburg Main Street’s Farmers’ Market Committee. The Farmers’ Market committee comes together to strategize marketing and promotional ideas to attract a variety of consumers to the Farmers’ Market. This committee plans and creates additional funding opportunities to grow the market and attract vendors. This event is made possible with the generous support from our 2026 sponsors, City of Warrensburg, Equity Bank, F&C Bank, Carly Joyner Shelter Insurance, Lewis Ground Maintenance, Warrensburg School District, and L&L Termite and Pest Control.
