Stephen R. Morgan, 37, was arrested Nov. 24 for tampering with physical evidence, endangering the welfare of a child, driving while intoxicated and driving while suspended in the 800 block of Young Street after officers were dispatched in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, officers made contact with a male who was arrested, transported to Western Missouri Medical Center, booked and released to medical staff.
