Matthew R. Padilla, 32, was arrested Oct. 7 in the 300 block of East Cooper Boulevard for property damage after officers were dispatched to a verbal disturbance. Officers made contact with a male who advised that he got into an argument with another male, who, in return, damaged his blue truck. Officers located the male and arrested him for property damage. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons. more
