Damen W. Vittitoe, 21, was arrested for driving while intoxicated and fair to drive in a single lane near the intersection of North Washington Street and West Culton Street on July 21. After officers were dispatched to a call in the 100 block of West Pine Street in reference to trespassing. Upon arrival, officers were notified a male was repeatedly knocking on her door before leaving the area. The suspect was located in a black Chevrolet 1500 and a traffic stop was conducted. He was transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where he was booked and released with a signed city summons. more

Nicole S. Smith, 38, was arrested for driving while suspended July 14 in the 400 block of Jefferson Street after officers conducted a traffic stop on a gray Kia Sorrento for not using a turn signal. Officers made contact with the driver, who was determined to be driving while revoked. She was arrested and transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, where she was booked and released pending state charges for driving while revoked, no turn signal and no insurance.   more
