Tuesday, June 25

Trails Regional Library hosts Storytime in the Stacks at 10 a.m. every Tuesday at the Warrensburg Branch. This is a kids program.

The Trails Regional Library Knob Noster branch will host Let ‘em Cook for ages 13-18 at 11 a.m. Registration is required.

Offered by Journey Home, Refuge on Ming and various area churches, hot lunch is provided from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the First Presbyterian Church, 206 N. College St. in Warrensburg. Medical services provided by Katy Trail Community Health’s mobile unit are available from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in the parking lot of The Food Center, 137 E. Culton St. in Warrensburg. The Missouri Department of Transportation will host a public meeting regarding intersection improvements on U.S. Highway 50 near Powell Gardens in Johnson County. The meeting will be from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. in the north meeting building at Elm Spring Baptist Church, 567 NW 1601st Road in Kingsville.

The Trails Regional Library Knob Noster branch will host the Knoshin’ Knobbies Book Club on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 5 p.m. This program is for adults. Join for a discussion of the monthly book and to pick next month's book. Snacks are welcome.

The Trails Regional Library Warrensburg branch will host Robotics, Eruptions and Design for ages 6-12 at 5:30 p.m.

Wednesday, June 26

Trails Regional Library hosts Coffee and Connections at 9 a.m. every Wednesday at the Warrensburg Branch. This program is for adults.

The Trails Regional Library Knob Noster branch will host Storytime with Knob Noster State Park at 9:30 a.m. and 11 a.m. Registration is required. KNSP will bring turtle shells and other items for sensory experiences.

The Trails Regional Library Warrensburg branch will host Effective Job Searching with the Missouri Valley Community Action Agency at 10 a.m. This program is for adults and registration is required.

GriefShare grief recovery seminar and support group meets at 1:30 p.m. every Wednesday in person at the First Baptist Church, 1302 S. Maguire St. To register, visit griefshare.org. For more information, call 660-747-9186.

The Trails Regional Library Warrensburg branch will host Muddy Day Adventures for National Mud Day at 3:30 p.m. Participants should wear swimwear or old clothes. This program is for all ages.

The Trails Regional Library Leeton branch will host Teen Time at 4 p.m. for ages 13-18. Play games, watch movies, and enjoy snacks.

Trails Regional Library hosts Yoga for All at 5 p.m. at the Warrensburg Branch. This event is for ages 13 and older. Wear comfortable clothes and bring a mat.

The Warrensburg Farmers’ Market will be hosted from 8 a.m. to noon around the Johnson County Courthouse square.

Warrensburg Main Street will host the Children’s Patriotic Bike Parade at the Johnson County Courthouse lawn. Activities are available from 9 to 10:30 a.m., at which time the parade will begin.
