Minor and moderate injuries were reported in a three-vehicle wreck on Aug. 15 on Highway 13.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2015 Ford F-150 driven by Kevin A. Jelsma, 59, of Clinton, struck the rear of a 2014 Ford F-150 driven by Todd C. Milnes, 44, of Warrensburg, causing it to push into the rear of a 2020 Chevrolet Silverado driven by Brian S. Amor, 50, of Warrensburg.
Milnes is reported to have minor injuries and refused treatment on scene.
Jelsma is reported to have moderate injuries and was transported to Western Missouri Medical Center by the Johnson County Ambulance District.
Moderate injuries were reported in a single-vehicle wreck on Aug. 16 on 1613 Southwest 75th Road.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2003 Chevrolet driven by a 17-year-old of Kingsville swerved to avoid an animal in the road and lost control, causing the vehicle to travel off the left side of the road and overturn.
The juvenile is reported to have moderate injuries and was transported to WMMC by JCAD.
Serious injuries were reported in a single-vehicle wreck on Aug. 16 on Business 13.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2009 Dodge Caravan driven by Devante Q. Grant, 27, of Warrensburg, entered the road from a parking lot and failed to see a pedestrian in the road and struck them. The vehicle partially traveled over the pedestrian and then pulled into a parking lot.
The pedestrian, Inesha M. Mitchell, 43, is reported to have serious injuries and was transported to WMMC by JCAD.
