Serious injuries were reported in a two-vehicle wreck on June 17 on Highway 50.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports the wreck occurred when a 2012 Cadillac CTS, driven by Karl P. Cannon, 60, of Sedalia, changed lanes, striking a 2001 Dodge Ram 2500 driven by Stephen H. Cozad, 45, of Centerview, that was parked on the right shoulder. The Ram then traveled off the right side of the road and both vehicles came to a rest.
Cannon is reported to have been seriously injured and was transported to Research Medical Center in Kansas City.
Cozad and occupant Logan S. Dunbar, 22, were reported to have minor and moderate injuries and were transported to Western Missouri Medical Center.
