During the Rural Electric Youth Tour to Washington, D.C., June 14-20, Warrensburg High School’s Saul Logan was named Missouri’s representative on the National Rural Electric Cooperative Association Youth Leadership Council. As a member of the national council and young cooperative leader, he will represent the state of Missouri throughout the next year.
