Frances M. Craver, 43, was arrested on July 6 when officers were dispatched to a business on East Cooper Boulevard in reference to a theft. Carver was arrested on a charge of stealing-shoplifting.
Austin M. Morgan, 24, was arrested on July 5 when officers were dispatched to a business on East Cooper Boulevard in reference to a theft. Morgan was arrested on a charge of stealing-shoplifting.
Tory S. Freeman, 30, was arrested on July 3 when officers observed a motorcycle traveling down the sidewalk in the 100 block of West Pine Street while pedestrians were on the sidewalk. Officers were on foot and attempted to stop the motorcycle by giving the male subject commands, but he fled from officers. A criminal summons was mailed to him for obstructing police and driving on the sidewalk.
Keith R. Sherman, 31, was arrested on July 3 when officers conducted a traffic stop on East Russell Ave. Sherman was arrested on a charge of driving while intoxicated-liquor.
Angela D. King, 56, was arrested on July 3 when officers were dispatched to a business on East Cooper Boulevard in reference to a theft. Sherman was arrested on a charge of stealing-shoplifting.
Akira B. Mitchell, 22, was arrested on July 4 when officers were dispatched to a business on East Cooper Boulevard in reference to a theft. Mitchell was arrested on charges of stealing-shoplifting and trespassing.
Leslie C. Watkins, 59, was arrested on July 4 when officers stopped a subject in the 500 block of West Young Street in regards to a crime report. Watkins was arrested on a charge of resist/obstruct/fail to obey an officer.
Robert E. Mrazek, 33, was arrested on July 4 when officers saw a known subject trespassing at a business on North Maguire Street. Mrazek was arrested on a charge of trespassing.
Tucker L. Skelton, 18, was arrested on July 6 when officers were dispatched to a business on East Cooper Boulevard in reference to a theft.Skelton was arrested on a charge of stealing.
Drusilla Heffington, 52, and Christina D. Heffington, 27, were arrested on July 6 when officers were dispatched to a business on Simpson Drive in regards to a physical disturbance. Both Heffingtons were arrested on a charge of public affray.
Lynell O. Jackson, 29, was arrested on July 7 when officers received a report of a male trespassing from a business on East Cooper Boulevard. Jackson was arrested on a charge of trespassing.
Eliot L. Norman, 34, was arrested on July 5 when officers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Pine and Warren Street. Norman was arrested on charges of endangering the welfare of a child, driving while license suspended/revoked and DWI- a person less than 17 years of age in a vehicle.
Charles E. Reed, 60, was arrested on July 5 when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Young Street for an unauthorized vehicle on the roadway. Reed was arrested on a charge of driving while suspended/revoked.

Brandon L. Martin, 33, was arrested on July 7 on a warrant.

Jennifer M. Murrow and Travis W. Ray, 40, were arrested on July 7 when officers were dispatched to a business on East Cooper Boulevard in reference to a theft. Murrow and Ray were arrested on charges of burglary and stealing-shoplifting.
Christina Worthington, 39, was arrested on July 7 when officers were dispatched to a business on East Cooper Boulevard in reference to a theft. Worthington was arrested on a charge of stealing-shoplifting.
Patrick E. Mullen, 35, was arrested on July 7 when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 200 block of East Young Street. Mullen was arrested on charge of no proof of insurance, improper registration and driving without valid operator's license.

Daniel P. Zhogan, 20, and Aubrey M. Rogers, 18, were arrested on July 8 when officers contacted subjects on West Pine Street for evasive behavior. Zhogan and Rogers were arrested on charges of bars-entering under 21 in certain liquor establishments and possession of fictitious/altered license.
