Davenport, 18, were arrested on June 23 when officers contacted two females and a male on East Hale Lake Road regarding liquor law violations. Busler was arrested for minor in possession. Franklin-Woodward was arrested for selling/supplying liqour to minors. Davenport was arrested for urinating in public and minor in possession of alcohol.
