Ashly Harrison, 22, was arrested on May 21. Harrison was arrested for stealing-shoplifting.
Leslie C. Watkins, 59, was arrested on May 15. Watkins was arrested for stealing-less than $750-theft from a motor vehicle, resisting or interfering with arrest and property damage.
Jennifer N. Hollander, 39, was arrested on May 16 on a warrant.
Nadelene Mesky, 26, was arrested on May 16 when officers were dispatched for a disturbance. Mesky was arrested for assault-domestic-simple.
Carlos A. Browne, 30, was arrested on May 17 when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 700 block of South Maguire Street. Browne was arrested for driving without a valid operator's license and obstructing process.
Kaleigh A. Craig, 25, was arrested on May 17 on a warrant and for resisting/interfering with arrest for a felony.
James D. Cento, 68, was arrested on May 17 when officers made a traffic stop at Iron Horse Drive and Spring Ridge Drive. Cento was arrested on charges of failure to signal, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and operation of a motor vehicle without a license.
Haven K. Bennett, 22, was arrested on May 17 on a warrant.
Henry J. Brown, 52, was arrested on May 17 when officers stopped a subject at Holden Street regarding a trespass report. Brown was arrested for resisting or interfering with arrest, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-prior drug offense and possession of a controlled substance-amphetamine.
Melissa M. Martinez, 37, was arrested on May 18 when officers were dispatched to the 1000 block of Coventry Drive in reference to an assault. Martinez was arrested for property damage, assault-simple and resisting/obstructing/failing to obey an officer.
Tavaris E. Milton, 32, was arrested on May 18 when officers conducted a traffic stop on an ATV for riding on a city street. Milton was arrested for driving with a suspended/revoked license.
Christopher B. Alston, 46, was arrested on May 18 on a warrant.
Benjamin J. Bergeson, 31, was arrested on May 18 when officers responded to the intersection of North Maguire Street and Railroad Street in reference to a vehicle crash. Bergeson was arrested for driving while intoxicated-liquor.
Anthony S. Vansel was arrested on May 18 on a warrant.
Benny L. Rice, 61, was arrested on May 19 when officers responded to the 400 block of Burkarth Road in reference to an animal abuse report. Rice was arrested for animal neglect.
Ryan N. Baldwin, 33, and Christie L. Gardner, 33, were arrested on May 20 when officers responded to a loud music complaint on East Market Street. Baldwin was arrested for resisting/obstructing/failing to obey an officer. Gardner was arrested for resisting/obstructing/failing to obey an officer, obstructing process, disturbing public peace and assault-officer-simple.
Kylei E. Peacock, 37, was arrested on May 20 on a warrant.

Brian P. Talbert, 51, was arrested on May 21 when officers tried to stop a vehicle near the intersection of Cooper Boulevard and Holden Street. The vehicle fled from officers. The driver jumped out of the moving vehicle in the 700 block of North Warren Street. Talbert was arrested for possession of a controlled substance-amphetamine, driving with a suspended license, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia-prior drug offense, careless and imprudent driving, and resisting arrest by fleeing-creating a substantial risk of serious injury/death to any person.
Landon P. Mulligan, 23, was arrested on May 21 when officers conducted a traffic stop in the 500 block of North Maguire Street. Mulligan was arrested for driving while intoxicated-liquor.
