JOHNSON COUNTY — Chilhowee residents Gregory D. Arnold, 56, and Yvonne P. Arnold, 55, have both been charged with first-degree statutory sodomy, according to a release from the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office on Tuesday, Sept. 24.
