Peighton E. Sigman, 27, was arrested Sept. 9 in the 500 block of West Market Street for unlawful use of a weapon, first degree harassment, 4th degree assault and armed criminal action while Trevor E. Fiene, 27, was arrested for harassment after officers were dispatched to the 100 block of North Maguire Street in reference to a weapon violation that occurred Sept 6. A male juvenile reported that a female came into the business, threatened him and brandished a firearm. Officers identified the two subjects. The female was arrested on state charges and transported to the Johnson County Jail, where she was placed in lieu of bond. The male was booked and released from the Warrensburg Police Department pending state charges.
Bill A. Hatfield, 47, was arrested Sept. 8 in the area of Cleburn Street and Jackson Street for unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a controlled substance, while Greg M. Porter, 68, was arrested for no insurance, improper registration, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while suspended/revoked after officers conducted a traffic stop for a known male subject with a revoked driving status. He was found to have no insurance and improper registration. After a search of the vehicle and occupants, both were arrested. They were transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released.
Dale A. Conger II, 30, was arrested Sept. 10 in the 300 block of North Maguire Street for resisting arrest, possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, and failure to register as a sex offender after officers spotted a known male subject with a felony warrant walking northbound. He was arrested and found to have suspected meth, drug paraphernalia and an unregistered cell phone on the sex offender registry. He was transported to the Johnson County Jail and placed in place of bond.
Peighton E. Sigman,27, and Trevor A. Fiene, 27, were arrested Sept. 9 in the 500 block of East Market Street for endangering the welfare of a child and animal neglect after detectives responded in reference to uninhabitable living conditions regarding a female juvenile child and an animal. Two people were arrested, booked and released. A dog was seized and given to Old Drum Animal Shelter. The child was placed in another family member's care.
Brooklyn M. Harmon, 20, was arrested in the 100 block of West Pine Street for Possession of a fictitious/altered license after officers were dispatched in response to bar staff being presented with a fake ID. Officers arrived and determined the ID was fictitious. She was booked and released on scene.
