Joseph M. Moore, 42, was arrested Aug. 13, for assault in the 1200 block of Vivian Drive after officers were dispatched in reference to a domestic disturbance. A female subject told officers that a known male had assaulted her by placing her in a headlock. Officers made contact with the male, who was arrested, transported to the Warrensburg Police Department, booked and released with a signed city summons. more
